Some of the MINUTES of the MEETING -
We were all encouraged to share any situations we were aware of that might need the assistance of this group. Stacy Hunter is an acquaintance of Megan, a 22 year old woman from Londonderry, who is suffering from ovarian cancer. She also has a 9 month old little boy. We discussed many possibilities for providing assistance, including food, baby supplies, gas cards for travel to chemo treatments, etc. The following is Stacy Hunter’s phone number and email if you need to reach her for information about Megan or to relay info to Megan: 362-4754 or stacymakeup@comcast.net
Megan lives at 173 Rte 11 Londonderry (apartment) 824-6840. Directly after Flood Brook School on the right( towards Londonderry). Stairs in the back bring you up to 2nd floor porch. Sliding glass doors opens. Bring your food there or call Stacy or Lisa.

Another situation we discussed involved Pam who is an athletic trainer at Burr and Burton. Her 7 month old son has a tumor on the liver and stomach. There is also a two year old child in the family. Lisa will be in touch with Kathi Bierwirth who is in contact with Pam’s sister in order to determine what things or support is needed. That information will be forthcoming from Lisa via email so that we can sign up to help.
Wanda also mentioned a gentleman named Leonard whose home and contents were destroyed in a fire. She will share further information at our next meeting.
If I have misspelled anyone’s name or left someone out please contact me.
We are working on a list of members with emails and phone numbers. Lisa also plans to get a website up and running that will facilitate communication.
Respectfully submitted by,
Irene Nadler
